Judy Polinsky, author of “A Rose by Any Other Name” an Eighteenth Century dessert recipe cookbook. Judy’s recipes are flavored using rose water.
David Bassani, speaking about “The Art of Roses.” David is a landscaper, horticulture judge, and the President of the Beverly Hills Rose Society.
Robin Ghernezi, owner of LSG Honey, will speak about bees, and making honey and honey products. Robin has a small bee keeping and honey business at his home in Sherman Oaks.
